4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice or failure to attend ("no-show") may affect your ability to book future appointments with us.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not have sufficient time to safely proceed with your treatment, and you may be required to reschedule.
